Fit Teens is incredibly excited to announce FitGirls, a brand-new, FREE fitness programme specifically designed for young women aged 12-18! Thanks to generous funding from Sports Auckland and Aktive, we're able to offer this unique opportunity to build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love for fitness. This empowering 4-week programme is crafted to help you unlock your full potential in a fun, safe, and supportive girls-only environment. Our expert coaches will guide you through dynamic workouts focused on building foundational strength, improving endurance, and boosting overall fitness. Whether you're an aspiring athlete or looking for a positive space to get active, FitGirls is your chance to thrive. UPDATE: This programme sold out within a day. SUPPORT & TRANSPORT We encourage parents to support their child's participation and be part of their journey. You will need to provide transport for your child to and from the venue. REFUNDS: Unfortunately refunds are not available. A credit towards the costs of participation in future programmes may be possible upon request. FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO TEENS ATTENDING CLASS. Payments should be made to: FitTeens 12-3083-0814969-00 Please use your child's name as reference. Online payment is available. Please note: A SMALL TRANSACTION FEE OF $2.00 IS INCLUDED TO COVER ONLINE PROCESSING COSTS. EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR * All young people must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times * All young people must remain on the event premises at all times and can only leave with a parent and or guardian. * Fit Teens reserves the right to cancel participation in the programme for poor behaviour and failure to follow directions.
